Re: BMW C Evolution Scooter . Nice !

Thanks - very interesting. I guess that most people will be inclined to use the free charging points wherever possible. Won't that become a German beach towel thing? Arrive early at supermarket and plug in. Jump on bus/mate's car and go to work etc. I know that some supermarkets have parking restric...

Re: BMW C Evolution Scooter . Nice !

I've often wondered whether these charging points you see in car parks etc are free. I presume that you have to pay but I've no idea how much.

Re: BMW c400 gt

Great looking scoots (probably my favourite) and I'm guessing that they ride really well too. Seem to be popular in the US although a few grumbles about servicing costs over there. Personally, that wouldn't bother me if it's a great bike to ride. Have fun 8-)

Re: Howdy

Hi Nate.

Is that the 300 or 400 you ride? Maybe you only get the 300 in the US?

Explorer is a nice match for the scoot.

Re: Soaked

Well, we had a lovely warm sunny day but that meant that the bugs were out in force - not so good on a white bike (I've just found out).

Re: 2018-2019 Honda Forza Lowering Brackets

I read a post regarding a similar mod for the XMax 300 which didn't turn out well although, to be fair, I don't know the full story.

Re: Suzuki Van Van

I fitted a 13T front sprocket yesterday to give the bike a bit more zip, which it certainly did. Top speed is reduced, of course, but still managed 65mph (gps) before the rev limiter kicked in. So, realistically, without destroying the engine, I'll have to keep it to 60 max, which is ok for a fun bi...

Re: dirty Forza to clean new Forza

I went up to the Green Welly today (round trip of just over 100 miles). My tracker tells me that I was riding for 2.5 hours (holiday traffic) and my top speed was 75mph. I was amazed to see that I averaged 90.2 mpg. Had a great time round the twisties up Loch Lomond way, just perfect on a twist 'n g...
