Re: A Winter Burgman ?

My Burgy 400 K8 is a big scooter with loads of storage. It can store a 2XL helmet, a 3XL jacket and 38x36 trousers (with all the armour) under the seat. The glove box can hold a rolled up waterproof/windproof walking jacket too. It also has two ashtrays with lids which can also be used to hold glass...

Robbing bar stewards?

After two hours of diagnosis (£84) at the local Suzuki motorcycle dealers the problem with my Burgy seems be the coil. Apparently these cost £120 inc vat plus another hour to fit. Total cost 84+120+42 = £246!!! The cost of riding in torrential rain and not knowing how to use a multimeter.

Re: Cruisym300

I've no doubt SYM can build an avant-garde 300 Scooter. They work hard to build the best scooter they can within the target budget they're given. We might believe SYM are bonkers to go head to head with price against the Yamaha Xmax300 in the UK... But the UK isn't their target market. https://www.y...

Re: Grom sold, new Benelli buying today!

AWESOME!!! I'd never heard of the Benelli 125cc TNT until now! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSZ3d-gk3MM It's over a £1000 cheaper than the Grom. It has slightly more power, a bigger fuel tank and a fake funky exhaust. What's not to like? MotoGB are the importers: https://www.motogb.co.uk/model/Be...

Re: Funkycowie on television

In the actual collision footage there was a lot of yellow on Funkie's Tmax. But in the reconstruction scene (@16:51) of Funky 'heading to work' his scoot had changed colour to black and red with some "Asian" writing that some may misinterpret. :|
