Re: MPG

I used to love the A350 between Warminster and Westbury when I was a kid on my James Captain. Some cracking bends.

Re: The Sym bargains just keep on coming

I hope you can sleep at night? :) Did your tyre arrive? Today would have been a good day to go to Wales.

People buying mp3s riding on car licence with no experience or training worries me more .Rather spend shit load on an mp3 than pay for training and pass test .
If you have to brake suddenly, an MP3 is far more forgiving than two wheels.

Re: New MP3 300

I think that currently Yamaha Nikens are being used, or am I completely wrong?? MP3s and Fuocos were used when they first came out - I guess it depends on who's got the biggest PR budget for each year!! You are right, I've not seen a close enough shot, just noticed the extra wheel. https://www.benn...

Re: New MP3 300

I see they are using them on the continental cycle races now. I guess they are more stable and comfortable at low speed for 5 hours or so.

Re: Newbie

Our member Snail bought a new one earlier in the year and he and Mrs Snail are currently riding it around Europe. I'm sure he'll be offering his thoughts, when he gets back.

Re: Waterproof gloves

I have a pair of these that stay on my gloves from October to April. Even with summer gloves, they keep my hands warm in winter, assisted by heated grips. https://www.motardinn.com/motorcycle-equipment/garibaldi-rain-overgloves-black/1317252/p?utm_source=google_products&utm_medium=merchant&id_produc...

Re: Vespa GTS 300 HPE SuperTech

I used to be the First Aider at school and when asked what was wrong, the kids always started with "Well." Invariably with an elongated vowel. So as soon as they got the word Well out, I'd quickly reply "If you're well you can clear off!"

Re: Hi from Cheshire UK

There's a guy just outside Usk in Wales, who builds oddball bikes and I'm pretty sure he had a couple in his barn. I can't remember his name but he's quite well known. His daughter runs a Craft Centre at the same location and her telephone number is 01873 880879. Come the better weather, the Midwee...
