Went for a little ride on the Honda, only around 90 miles but good to be out for a little while. Got back, had coffee and cake, moved bike into the shade and gave it a good going over wash wise...I had thought about taking the J300 out, so maybe take that Monday... Lyn. wash wise...I had thought about taking the J300 out, so maybe take that Monday...

Good news Tim..no what you mean about the extra weight..is it me ( age thing ) or are all modern machines gaining Lbs around the middle like i seem to be doing :lol: you should take one out for a test ride, i think you need a couple of hours to get used t them.

I have just last week fitted the Lust Racing dog bones to my X-ADV. dropped the arse end 30mm ( i think ) front i dropped by 5mm on the forks and seems ok. Dead easy job to do only takes 20 mins even with re-greasing the pins/bearings..like a lot of manufacturers today they seem to think grease is n...

X-ADV suspenders front and rear are adjustable, i am only 5' 10" but i recon you would ok on the X-ADV seat wise. This years model gets the extra 500RPM 3 sport modes and you can switch off the ABS on the back wheel if like me you have had it on a couple of green lanes :o BUT, it is the dirties...

Chopped a spare 750X side stand down 15mm to fit the new low rear end on the X-ADV..now not as vertical as it was :lol: may stand a chance of being on said stand and not on it's side when i return to it :D
