Got 46bhp on my mk3 at the back wheel on my old bike, had a power commander etc had been on dyno 3 times but i found 46 to be a bit hit n miss so knocked it to 43bhp and smoothed it out, not worth the hassle tbh i was quite happy with pipe, filter and jcosta variator.

On my 2008 mk3 i had a similar problem, turns out the 12v i thought i needed was not enough and my old charger only charged to 12v when in reality the newer gel batteries needed around 14v to start it, new battery and charger and was right as rain.
When i got knocked off my mk3 in 2008 i had to wait 3.5 months to get mine back and missed most of the summer as mk3 was new to market and had to get all the painted panels from Japan but luckily they are so prevalent now i can just order panels from abroad and get them quicker, i can get a full set...
