Re: High Beech Sunday 24/02/19

OK - I am up for it and looking forward to meeting you all at about mid-day. Keep the shiny side up - see you there.

I too will be struggling to know what to wear - I shall probably shed layers on the way.

Re: High Beech Sunday 24/02/19

I am looking keenly at the weather to see if I shall come and find you - it is about 160 mile round trip so would like to see a few people at the other end to make it worthwhile coming along from Newbury. :-)

Re: High Beech Sunday 24/02/19

I am hoping to travel there from Berkshire (TBC). If anyone is going from Berkshire/ North West London let me know if you want to ride together.

Re: Over the hill but out for fun.

Again - thanks for the welcome messages. Yes indeed - Thatcham - West Berkshire - not far from Newbury/Reading. I have been out all day - had a rinde down to Farringdon in Hampshire to go to the Loomies Moto Cafe - a pure bikers cafe - run by bikers. Nice place and nice Grub! https://www.loomiescafe...

Re: Charidee rideouts.

Rayb - they already do put a GPS in it - apparently it makes for a funky map when it is all done.

Re: High Beech Sunday 24/02/19

Hi All - new to this forum and sadly need to ask where High Beech is. I have searched - and I think it is in Epping Forest - am I right? Excuse ignorance - but I live in West Berks so not used to the area...

Re: Where are you from?

Thatcham in West Berkshire. It would be good to ride out and have a coffee somewhere within about 30 miles if anyone is game? I am lucky enough to be retired so I could do mid-week, but I can also do weekends.

Over the hill but out for fun.

Good morning/afternoon/evening. I am new to a Bergman and new to this forum. I have taken early retirement to allow me to live a little - part of which has involved getting a 650 Burgman - I have had it for 8 weeks and I am having an absolute ball. It is stopping me from doing a few other things I w...
