Hello Everyone, I'm a Beverly 350 rider from Marlow in Bucks. I've come late to the scene - I got a bike and my scooter licence just 6 years ago. I've been mostly hanging out on the German Beverly forum and I've joined them for a couple of their annual rideouts but it would be nice to find something more local. I'm retired now, so I have a bit more time for leisure activities.
I just got back from my latest Dutch/German tour - this time on my own. I stayed in hotels but did a bit of self-catering. I took the Harwich - Hook route using the 10% discount that they offer bikers in the summer. Glad to have avoided the Dover chaos that is reported this weekend.

Welcome Alan.
I too utilise a McVitie's Victoria biscuit tin for storage! Just right for under the Tmax seat.

Alan welcome
Despite only 6 years riding it sounds like you've made up time in touring abroad.
Love the photo as and perhaps meet one day on a ride out and hear more of your tours.

Thanks, guys, for the welcome. I'm feeling at home already.
I bought some UHT milk sticks from Amazon before I went - they were perfect for a nice brew. I nicked the McVities tin off my mum. All the kit inc kettle stows away in it.
