Hi from the West Midlands

Post by MitchellGrainger »

Evening all. I'm new to this forum so I thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm Mitchell 29yrs and live in Rowley Regis in the West Midlands.

I currently ride a 125cc Lintex Chinese scooter with a CBT. I ride around 55 miles a day to get to work and back.

I've decided that I need a bigger bike to enable me to enjoy the ride more and have the option of the motorways.

Therefore I'm currently revising for my motorcycle theory test ( Planning to do at end if month ).

I'm then going to do a direct access course in order to gain my full bike licence. However I don't want a motorbike just a nice substantial scooter. Something with a decent back rest and would love heated handle grips lol. Please do let me know your suggestions.

If any of you are in the West Midlands and looking for a ride ( with my 125 ) or looking at doing your licence soon please get in touch.

Mitchell

Welcome

If you are going for something second hand, keep an eye on the ""for sale" section on here. Some good bargains come up and usually more than one person on here will know the bike because they have ridden on it, ridden with it or worked on it

Thank you for a the welcomes. I've just secured my funding for a used maxi scooter but still contemplating which one. I keep getting drawn to the Suzuki AN400ZA L0 but like the look of the Honda Silverwing. Question is which one is most reliable and cost effective when it comes to servicing, parts and fuel. ??
