I suppose they will only do something if riders start going off the road at night

I'm lucky enough never to need to ride in the dark these days; but I couldn't tolerate it if I did, despite the rest of the bike being excellent...
Mmm wounder what they will do if in another 2 years or so they fail mot's en mass,
the service manager when mine went in for service said he had marked the paperwork
customer not happy with lights or words to that effect, doubt he actually put down my exact words,
having said that I can ride down our unlit lanes at 60 without problems they are very strange.

Which light is dimmed left or right in UK? Would it pass an MOT in Europe? As part number in EU is exactly the same. Thanks.

UK/EU/CH bikes with twin headlights offically share this default today: dipped, one head light; high beam both.

Would it be difficult to switch the dimmed light for and EU standard?

Both left and right are on all the time, when you turn on high beam the third
light in the center below the other two comes on,
mine as just passed a uk mot with no comment from the tester.

I think x max has LED headlight then the beam would be flat and needs no adjustment in Europe. Could anyone confirm this?
