Over the hill but out for fun.

Post by philboulter »

Good morning/afternoon/evening. I am new to a Bergman and new to this forum. I have taken early retirement to allow me to live a little - part of which has involved getting a 650 Burgman - I have had it for 8 weeks and I am having an absolute ball. It is stopping me from doing a few other things I wanted to do in retirement - but **** - they can wait!

I wish I had bought one when the weather was warmer - but assuming I am spared I have that to look forward to. Hopefully I can get to know other Burgman owners in the UK through this forum and therefore have an excuse to ride out and find them somewhere.

I will concentrate on keeping the rubber side down - but enjoy the ride.

Welcome to the muppets. No better way of living a little (or a lot) than getting a bike or scooter, and the Burgman is a good choice.

Welcome to the forum.

Early retirement can be recommended & the Burger 650 is a great way to do it.

Keep an eye on Meets & Rideouts or organise one depending on your location in the Country somebodies usually about 8-)
