Bought a 04 aprilia 125 can get it to run turning over has spark has power put petrol in to carb etc even in to spark plug nothing happening new starter motor new started relay I'm stumped

Check compression and valve gaps .
Squirt a bit of fuel into carb intake see if attempts to fire .Or easystart .
