left side near the engine casing, similar to the brake pedal on the right side, but thinner
Just sit on it, make sure the side stand is up, and the green light is on, and start it, its not hard, its the same as a scooter? , but you can twist the throttle to make it sound louder, without the worry of going vertical, lol

That's the doggy bit, there's levers down below, which you have to hit with your foot, so wear correct footwear, either side of an engine, they fit some footrests, usually put rubber on them to stop them rusting. Your find that one of the brake levers on the left of the naked handlebars operates a clutch. Sorry this is getting complicated, I'm off to bed, nite.
