There wasn't a Facebook notification of anything Solo lad, just that the contents of the page was currently unavailable. You didn't post anything about a cancellation on here or on the X9 forum either.

I have been riding through flooded roads all this week as well as the weekend. Fair weather riders is the word. We did not cancel a muppet ride out to get pie and mash even though most of us arrived at the start point soaked from torrential rain. I ride no matter what the weather throws down, if I cared I would get a car.

It makes for different riding experience, something our summer friends will never understand :)

That is why we have the liquor, it softens them up so that you can swallow them. Nobody claims we do if for fun, only real men eat pies at a pie and mash :)

Sod that. Now the bad weather's setting in I'm looking for a new van :D

Yo Pikey, fancy setting up a new Facebook group? Fair Weather and Proud SC. Plastic or metal bodied, auto or manual - all are welcome. The only criteria for membership is that you reach for the car keys at the first sign of rain
