Has anyone fitted Hagon shocks to their 650?

Post by Francley40 »

Hiya,

I was wondering about making this mod to my K4 (8k miles).
Rear ride is currently quite harsh and road-bumps go right through my pillion passenger (much ouching).

Do ya thinks Hagons will be an improvement?

Many thanks.
I ride, therefore I am.

I have not fitted to a burg an ,but have fitted to many other rides over the years all with a great improvement especially when taking a passenger another one to consider is the shock factory which are not an off the shelf but made and set up to your needs and usage .

My made did. He fitted Hagon shocks to an early 650 that he had. Said they worked just fine.
You can just make out the Hagon sticker on the white Burg in the photo taken in Monaco a few years ago. Not as nice looking as original shocks though.

Thinking of fitting them to my Burg next spring to dampen the pogoing - I am used to big adventure tourers which easily handle the state of the roads in the UK but now I have the big Burg I am pogoing a bit
