Burgy400 /07/ 33000
Found the prob by doing this
Cheap volts tester, taped it to bars plastics
Wires coming out of throtle position sensor
Attached red wire from tester to the yellow
Coming out of TPS while still connected to the
TPS
Attached black wire from tester to the blk/brown coming out of TPS while its connected
Took it for a spin, should be at 0.6 v at idle going up tp 3.8v at full throtle
Saw prob strait way pulled up at lights bike chuging and stalling volts meter was showing
3.2v instead of 0.6
Wow couldent believe it
Forced the grey cover off the TPS , pulled centre out with spring
Cleaned the inside with carb clean bent two tiny prongs so they had more presure against printed wasname
Carefully put it back together, glued the grey bit back on , dont use super glue it might run inside,
Rode again meter atached / boom, back o the net, giro day , working perfect strait down to 0.6 at lights , 3.8 at full throtle
Bike is now running so sweet, happy days ar hear again
