A good clean bike or scoot runs better! giving good reason to be out on It.

Rode A120, M11, M25, M40, A40 again to visit family. I think I'm awake now.
Silverwing takes it in its stride though

Thought about washing all the mud off... But didn't have time.

Well yesterday actually - took it (Forza 300) to Keswick for fish and chips. A bit of fastish road to get there and returned over Honister Pass to give it a bit of hill work. Theoretically it is now run in, but I'll get in a few more fast runs before first service and oil change. Running at about 86mpg according to computer, with predicted tank range of 220 miles. I'm liking it, although I might consider some form of screen extension - but not a real necessity.
(At 71 am I allowed to be annoyed when my preferred chip shop is full of bloody pensioners?)

Replaced the nearside headlight bulb. Need to order the parts for its oil change and a fuel cap as I left mine at the Shell near Cannock. Probably to busy gassing to Harvey whilst filling up.

Emailed 4th Dimension for an update on the Burgs repair. Still awaiting the female drivers assessor to have a look at my bike and agree on the repair. Not ridden in over 4 weeks now, starting to get a bit stir crazy!
