Oh bugger...Glad you aren't too badly knocked about - its easier to fix the Burger rather than you! Classic accident scenario...nearly done that myself a few times!

Glad you're ok Phantom309, exactly same thing happened to me in Aug-13. Fortunately the driver behind the lady that ran into me was a witness for me & I got my (then) Swing repaired, plus claimed £350 for a new Crash Helmet & trousers.
Hope your insurance company get everything sorted quickly & without fuss and that your Burgman is returned to you in pre-accident condition in a reasonable timeframe.

kit is fine as i was stationary at time . but new helmet got scratched , so that'll need replacing aswell....lolkayz1 wrote: Is your kit OK or not?

scoot didn't do aswell. mirror scratched ,indcator took the impact an broke the lense, fairing sides an foot board all scratched ,exhaust and guards all scratched , rear mudguard split, lower rear cowl smashed upper rear cowl is raised up not sure why something has bent, rear light backing has cracked , hopefully won't take long to fix , as last time i got bumped off it took 6 months to sort out...
an as for me, aches an pains . but as very slow fall . i'll survive .
