Is the air filter and plug new?
Is it definitely air cooled?
Perhaps the carburettor and float chamber needs a clean?

It's air cooled, there's no plumbing or rad.
Carbs spotless, we did wonder if float height was an issue.
Filters clean enough, I need to get a airline to it though & make sure, plugs new.
I read coil can cause similar to fuel starvation so I'll get the one off my vespa to prove mine.
Then it's chase air leaks etc down.
Any way to check a vacuum fuel pump works properly ? It's flowing just is it flowing enough.

Does it smell rich, fuelly or does it seem lean?
If you open the throttle quickly does it die (lean) or suddenly behave (rich), or just misfire and cough (spark)?

It bogs & struggles to catch itself even with loads of throttle, cuts out coming to a stop or mid roundabout asking for power.
It's not missing as far as I can hear.
No fuel smell that I've noticed

So it's probably not running rich then,

Could be either a weak spark or fuel starvation.

IMO fuel starvation is more likely. Have you got a/changed the fuel filter?
Also check for leaks in the vacuum pipe going to the switch to the tank - is it a gravity fed system with a vacuum operated valve on it? Is there a reserve position you can move anything to?

Have you actually taken the float chamber off and checked the main jet is clear in the carb?

Carbs been totally stripped & checked, it's spotless.
Tanks in the floor so pumps up.
I've thought fuel starvation but an Aussie forum (popular there) shows same sort of issues being the coil so hopefully prove that when I get a minute.
I've not found a fuel filter yet, possibly under the floor/front panels, I've one on the shelf to go on it though.

After a few months stood when I had my wrist fixed it had a mini service & has done a fair chunk of miles messing about or nipping here there & everywhere. It fits 8 2l bottles of coke under the seat [emoji23]
It might be slow but it's a decent shopper.
I should probably stick a belt on it & change the oil soon.
Renewal just came in at £99.

Bogging under load indicates weak spark or fuel shortage.

Check the connections to the coil: that they are clean, oiled and connect well, including any connectors along the way.

New spark plug (NGK) goes without saying before anything else.
Check how clean the air filter is.
Check for and replace fuel filter.

That's how I'd start anyway..

If none of what Globs says fixes it look at the carb daga fragum (Diaphragm) pull away from the slide and check around the slide they tend to rip, that is if it has that type of carb.

Yeah it looked to be the plug n some crap in the jet. My mate belted the plug on a wall to close the gap. There is a new one to go on but I had my wrist ligaments sewn up n they just aren't up to swopping it yet. I'll take broken bones any day.
