Taking a break from the forum...

Post by Data »

Guys, just thought I'd mention that you won't see me on here for a while (a few months likely!). I have some medical issues to deal with and these will keep me off computers of any kind :o :o . Won't be able to ride either for a very short time after each surgery, but if my surgery is successful, and there is no reason to think it won't be, I should be back before the end of the year :D . To be clear, all is good, but the surgery is a series of operations and I'm banned by my consultant from using computers until the surgery has 'cured' my condition which is affecting my optic nerves and visual cortex and making me sometimes feel like shite! Computers and tv make my condition worse because of the blue light emissions. :o Yeah, I've tried filters but that doesn't seem to work too well.

So you all enjoy the summer and keep the rubber side down! I'm off now to polish the Vespa and play with Waxoyl and any other chemicals I can find!!

Bye for now

Ian ;)

Hope it goes well Data, all the best of luck, take enough Vitamin D and you can check out those nice squirrel cage Edison lighting bulbs and perhaps an old valve receiver in the meantime with the lovely warm glow they produce.

I'd also get rid of LED and Flouescent bulbs and got to Halogen or incandescent.

You may be OK on a Nook or Amazon paper white reader, lots of Edgar Rice Burrough ePub books out there to read (PM me if you'd like a full set!).

All the best!!
