I`m sure I heard that vehicle thefts have gone up 30% recently on TV ( Tonight show ).
But the governemnt just said they are at an all time low !!!
But if they have gone up 30% ( and they have ) they simply can`t be as at least 30% higher than a lower figure.
But as the police rush your bike ( if its found ) in to a privately run compound thing and get £150 notes sweetner themselves, there really is not much incentive to actually catch the culprits, rather the opposite.
It might even be higher on a car.
