Re: New Xmax 300
excellent, thanks and very helpful too. Has anyone bothered with after market bits and pieces, like exhausts, heated grips etc......

Re: New Xmax 300
Mine as a Yamaha rack and top box the box clips direct to the carrier with no adapter plate other than that nothing else, I read a report that the official sport exhaust sounded the same and cost lots so not been there and the standard one is quite loud when you give it some stick.

Yes but not taken the plunge yet front guard is ok better than most and keeps most of the crud off the front and radiator, back is a bit open and muck ends up all over the engine.

Re: New Xmax 300
I think the blue looks better than mine but when I ordered the one I have the color looked the one I least disliked but it's such a good scooter to ride I don't care, off to Scotland in a week or two then it will be 6000 mile service.

Re: New Xmax 300
Its the rear wheel i was thinking of hugger wise, the engine looks quite exposed I'd rather not get it covered in crud!

Re: New Xmax 300
A hugger also tends to keep some muck out of the air filters so they last longer will be interested if you do fit one.
