Well I’ve bit the bullet and ordered a new screen for the Xmax 300
It is a Kappa but it is just a rebadged Givi Screen (I believe.....)
It’s 205mm taller than the standard screen and I think it will be just right for me.
Worse case it it’s too tall I will cut it down and fit a Givi Airflow adjustable screen to it.
I have done this mod on a few bikes and it works really well :D

9 tenths of a ltr is not a lot I have had vehicles that you could not get the stated amount in and others that you could get more in, and I have got more than 13 litres in at another station so not to concerned.

62 miles on F trip, 339 miles on the tank, 106.9 UK MPG, mpg trip says 114.9 mpg but it rely did 106.9.

I was wandering if anybody has fitted their own genuine Yamaha heated grips and if so was it difficult?

Not me I'm afraid, I just use handlebar mitts. They suit me well enough. :)

Not fitted them personally, but wouldn't think they would be a problem to fit though.. I did opt for them upon purchasing my Xmax, they look good, easy to use and can tell you they do a good job of keeping my fingers nice and warm :)

I fitted the Kappa / Givi Screen today :)
Fitting is just a straight replacement so dead easy.
The screen is 205mm taller than the original and it is tall!
I am 5’ 10” and the screen is at least 2” (50mm) too tall, I was looking thru’ it.
Apart from the tall height the screen works really well.
I will see about cutting some off the screen at the weekend, I have cut a few down so it does not worry me!
If that does not work I will cut it down further and fit a Givi Airflow to it :)

I’ve read a few posts about Adjusting the handlebars.
What is the standard position of the bars from the factory?
