Never heard of an Oyster card until now - nearest we have to Fortnum and Masons is the local Morrisons - no German bier kellers either and you guessed it no such thing as Uber - I do qualify for a bus pass though

But round here, taxis are quite cheap, only twice the price of the bus and take a fifth of the time - and door to door and no hanging around at bus stops.
