Do bike satnav s have a speaker jack ,
for on bike use?

All the Garmin ones I've seen are bluetooth.

How do you get the info ,my helmet is tight and knocks my earing aids out

I have the sound off even in the tin box and a strip of duct tape over
the speaker to help stop water getting in when it's on the bike.

I've always used my phone via Bluetooth to my helmets internal speaker's.

My Garmin Zumo has a headphone jack on underside with a rubber seal over it.
I don’t use it. Just Bluetooth my helmet to GPS, phone and other riders and the electronomical black magic in the helmet switches between them as needed

ridinhigh I fitted this to a standard HJC helmet in about 15 minutes. Cost £30.

You can pay an awful lot more for some major named systems but I've used the BT for over 2 years now and find it faultless for my needs.
