Remove dipstick - remove oil drain bolt with 17mm spanner - drain oil into a pan - also remove internal plastic filter - remove oil filter with removal tool - no requirement for exhaust removal - lean scooter to the side to get all the oil out - refit drain bolt and the clean plastic filter - renew OEM oil filter - fil with 1300cc of suitable engine oil refit the dipstick - run engine then check level and top up if necessary - fully tighten the dipstick to get an accurate reading or check this video

Re: Quick Vespa oil change question
As said the exhaust does not have to come off. But the filter is still a little awkward to get at so get a filter removal tool. Chain or strap type is best. Again Halfords do a nice chain type for £4.95 that will fit the small size of the GTS.I did mine without the tool but wished I had used one as it's quicker and easier.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!
