I fancied a GP800 at one point but the electrics etc put me off.

Could be an xevo or x8,not exactly gone overboard with the description,after market screen,electrical problem,turn On your heels and run :shock:

Expand the picture and have a look at the sreen and bar ends,clearly been standing a while,the front disc dont look to heaithy either,

Well spotted - i've never seen rusty bar ends before! Obviously neglected rather than abused.

doesnt give mileage either and description is very bare, all seems very fishy to me

Whilst it could be made to look nice and the electrics reworked, if you're looking for a big project scoot, its not really worth it just based on what I am seeing. You'd definitely have to go and have a close look and take it for a spin... I very much doubt you'd get any where near your money back on what you would have to spend.
