Soak in plus gas...
Sacrifice the PIN - save the CALIPER... as described - cut dremmel the pin that way it each bit is only stuck in one hole - one with threads - one without...
Back and forth - more penetrating oil, dabs of coopa slip etc...
everything you can do to keep the threads in the caliper in a usable condition...

coppa slip / on reassembly, strip n clean n re-grease every now and again...

If the Allen key head is rounded - you can sometimes lightly hammer in a STAR type bit to get some purchase...
Sometimes it is worth keeping the caliper attached, so it don't move about as you work on it, providing you still have good access......
