I quite like it. The video shows the Asian market model with a front number plate holder, which of course we don't get over here. So our model looks better in my opinion. I had the C50 and the C90. They were great bikes. I think the price is high but I'm expecting it to be a quality bit of kit. Mind you, for another £500 you can get a discounted new GTS300 Vespa!
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Sat on one today at Newcastle Honda, lovely in the flesh, comfy but odd feeling sat on it, like Mr Fish's review, that heel/toe changer is off putting, parked next to the monkey its a no brainer, the Monkey is just way cooler and nicer to sit on, so that would be my non scooter option, i run the "New Honda Monkey 125 owners Uk" group on facebook, loads of lovely bikes and happy owners so feel free to join if interested, i have discounts for parts etc from various sources as perks for group members, i doubt many will from here but i advise you to ride one at least once in your life, loads of fun.

Just watched Mr fish on my home turf 'Surrey Hills, the bike handles well, he did not point out that the gearbox is a revolving type, ie if you come to a stop in 4th gear, you can press down into neutral, and then be ready to move away selecting first. Simples.
Honda have not fitted very good mirrors, not fitted a prop stand, no kickstarter, not fitted a dual seat or rear foot rests. No underseat storage.

Never seen one of those before.

It's pretty obvious Honda have just copied it....

And then added 2 grand to the price.

There are / were quite a few Honda Cub clones around - are they as good as the original? Even Honda did the Innova which is basically the same thing with different styling. Whilst I like the idea of something very economical and reliable, and a basically very sound design, the new version seems like a plaything - no screen, no storage. And that keyless ignition looks hard!
