Re: Italjet 2018
Whilst the Dragster isn't the scoot I was waiting for, it's nice that it looks different /weird!

Re: Italjet 2018
Loos like a Transformer crashed into a cross between a scooter and one of those ELF Honda's that Rocket Ron raced and a bit of modern art,
I sort of like it but would I buy one? not a chance.

Re: Italjet 2018
Seems like a lot of effort wasted on a front end hub-center design while not tackling the achilles heel of most scooters i.e. the unspring weight of the power train at the rear. I have no idea whether it will sell in Europe but doubt that it will reach the UK.

Re: Italjet 2018
Interestingly enough, a centre hub steering design does actually help reduce the effects of the heavier unsprung weight at the back. It maintains wheelbase length, steering geometry, and weight distribution much better than conventional tubular front forks making the whole bike handle hugely better. And in any case, the engine weight on such a lightweight bike isn't really a problem.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!
