Clean Forum up?
I am not sure what can be done, but is there any way an admin or other can clean the forums up? We seem to have been hit by some unsavoury individuals and/or bots over the past few days. I really do not like logging in to see all these types of posts...….

Re: Clean Forum up?
Its only me and Peter that do that do this. And we work and have lives, so not on here 24/7. I have cleaned up/deleted the spammers.
Peter will have to look at the anti-spam measures we have.

Re: Clean Forum up?
There seems to be a major wave of spam around the last few days. In my case, its not helped by Virgin's useless spam filter which fails to spot the most obvious scams, yet blocks many perfectly innocent messages! You know, how can an e-mail from Royal Mail saying that a parcel is due to be delivered get counted as spam???

It's because most stuff is controlled by artificial intelligence, and real stupidity still trumps AI every time
