Saw one in Sutton's Honda Bromsgrove when me and Ray had a Coffee and biscuits morning without the biscuits .He said had sold a few and predicted to sell more once weather warms up.Looks nice but Im not into shinny nostalgia.

What the heck has it got to do with lower legs?

It's not only the Nostalgista that are buying them.

Folks are realising that Cubs = fun and by all accounts the C125 is great fun indeed! 8-)

I like cubs that have 150cc pit bike engines in them.

The one we rode with the other week could out accelerate my Forza.

What's the tank range on the new Cub?

As much as I loved my C90, the 80 mile tank range was a right pain. Required lots of stops at petrol stations if travelling beyond the local shops unless carrying cans of extra fuel. I sold it reluctantly. The range on the Innova I got afterwards wasn't much better - sold that too - and was one of the reasons I moved to scooters.

Probably about the same as an 80s/90s 12V Cub. It is what it is. 8-)

Why give same gear box. Would of been better with a nice modern auto engine. Bettter fuel economy too. But i do have ti agree itdoes look pretty. Especially the blue one.

Unfortunately when you start sticking in motors that seriously outperform a standard Cub motor, everything else reaches its limitations quite quickly.
Suspension and brakes on a Cub are designed for 50mph top speeds. :D

Simply because it is what it is. Honda have a shedload of autos in the same category. They sell 5 in the (tiny to them) UK market, the Vision 110, PCX, Forza, SH125 and the SH Mode. The Cub is different by virtue of having its semi auto gearbox.

Stick a full auto box in it and it isn't a Honda Cub any longer. 8-)

i've got an Innova which has the FI engine, they also have a very good improved 4 speed double clutch gearbox, rapid changes possible. a very good bike, good brakes, telescopic front suspension, under seat storage, a key ignition, massive fuel economy, so only needs a small 3.5L tank, by which time you need a break. Does the job for me.
The C125 is a backward step (retro), no duel seat as standard or rack, passenger footrests don't comply with regs, no under seat storage.
