Make sure you try them first as very different beasts to the Burger 650.

There are plenty of older looked after 650`s around the 1.5K area , maybe you could manage both.

It's horses for courses really.. What suits you might not suit me etc..... The main thing is being on 2 wheels and simply enjoying it.....

Riding home from work always puts me in a better frame of mind regardless of how naff my day might of been...

I look forward to riding home.. But can't say the same when in the car!!!

Gotta agree there , I enjoy riding to work as the views change everyday, but even more so riding home ,however I do tend to take a detour to explore the mountain roads wether it's the srv or the crossrunner .

Yeah, I did sit on a SH300i and thought it was tiny compared to Burg but I liked the seating position. I also watch a you tuber who has a Sh150i and he goes all over Canada on it, I love how simple it looks to manage/ride.

As you say, I need to try it. My problem is I could do with trying it for a weekend rather than just a couple of hours test ride. I wish dealers would let you hire the bikes!

Yeah, that's him. I've watched all his scooter videos, I love em. Just all about the riding and adventure of exploring and being out in nature. It's what I love about being on two wheels.

I can categorically state that the answer is a Maxi and an NC.....!

I still consider my NC750x DCT a scooter.

My TMax MK3 had a chain final drive, there was no way I could get my leg through instead I had to sling it over, It had a large enough storage compartment for a helmet, it was an automatic... all these describe my NC

The lines are certainly blurred, which is a good thing as we have bigger choice now.

For me the significant distinction is Feet Forward, or not, rather than mechanicals.

The Burger and most Maxis have the full FF capability, which has a real positive for some/me, I enjoy the NC for the biking stance but (as said) having one of each is the ideal situation.
