A personal thing - I just can't get on with scooters where I can't stretch my legs out in front of me!
And even the dealer said it needed a full-fat 15bhp 125 engine like, say, a Forza 125...

They do a 155cc version but dealers can't get one via Yamaha UK.Greyerbeard wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 2:11 am And even the dealer said it needed a full-fat 15bhp 125 engine like, say, a Forza 125...

Re: Yamaha Tricity
A 300cc version would be more fun!!! I guess the 125 might be OK round town, but it'd have a wider range of uses if it had the full 15bhp (or more! )Scootypuff snr wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 5:25 amThey do a 155cc version but dealers can't get one via Yamaha UK.Greyerbeard wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2019 2:11 am And even the dealer said it needed a full-fat 15bhp 125 engine like, say, a Forza 125...

Might go into a French dealers next month see if they have the 155cc in stock (Italy do due to their road laws)

No worries.
There aren't that many MaxSyms in the UK. There are more than I thought there would be, though.
