SMIDSY
So assuming it is gone, should I go again with an Xmax (despite its faults), Forza, or..... ?

What append to the old one? "sod off you nosy bugger" will suffice if you don't want to tell.
Hope it wasn't painful whatever it was.

Well, the obvious choice is between another Xmax and a Forza. Do Kymco have anything attractive in this market?

If it suited you get another. 20 odd years ago I had a Yamaha Fazer nicked, I got paid out and went straight out and bought another. A different colour though!!

Classic smidsy. Low speed impact, driver did a snap right turn in a traffic queue as I was passing. Some bruises but I was full ATGATT so nothing worse.
Bike gets taken away tomorrow and I get a loan Forza on Friday. Means I get to test ride the main opposition to another Xmax

depends what you fancy .or what you use it for ? an as your getting a loan forza. that's one to tick or cross off the list...i'd love another piaggio X10 . but they stopped making them.. . the burgman 400 is a great little scoot. loads of go when you need it.. reasonable seat... but not the best...i did just over 200 mile bimble round the coast an back home. i was glad to get off the seat by then.. numb bum ...
Good friends don't let you do stupids thing alone .

I commute on it. Mix of country lanes to dual carriageways and motorway, then into the bowels of hell. Sorry, I mean Central London.
