Any recommendation for good (reasonably priced) waterproof gloves for spring/autumn?

I already have muffs for winter but now looking for waterproof gloves for the wet milder months.

I've long since decided that if you want seriously waterproof gloves, the best solution is over mitts. Seriously waterproof - better than any glove on its own. Gives warmth as well.
Though of course it depends on the level of waterproofness you require - most gloves will handle a short ride in a heavy shower, but a long journey on a wet motorway is another problem entirely!

I agree; I have a pair of lobster-claw over-gloves which have proved both totally waterproof and comfortable.
I'll check the make next time I get the bike out; they were not particularly cheap but worth every penny.

Thanks for the reminder - after 2 days of soaked gloves - I'll have a rummage - sure I got a pair tucked away, that haven't seen the light of day for a few years... ill stick em under the seat...
Got some of the over boot thingies - a right faff to put on...

EDIT: Weise over gloves, semi lobster, 1 finger / 3 finger... Rathed than the 2 / 2 of lobster claw gloves...
(So allow for a bit of 1 finger braking, or finger / thumb dexterity)
That would be an arse trying to put 1/3 over mitts on 2/2 gloves...

Unfortunatly the Weise ones are discontinued, The spada ones are more over mittens...

Lobster claw over mitts/gloves - interested to know the brand/name and cost.

My overmitts are from a brand called Rain Off - I think they come from New Zealand. Sportouring.co.uk sell them.

Hein Gericke made some utterly waterproof claws. My pair is still going strong years after I bought them. I'd agree entirely with Mr Grumpy.

Recommended. If still available.

I have a pair of these that stay on my gloves from October to April. Even with summer gloves, they keep my hands warm in winter, assisted by heated grips.

Rain Off worked well for me in New Zealand and still doing it since I brought them back, they also help keep your hands warm in chilly weather if you don't have hand guards .
