Yes, its all coming back to me - the Aprilia gearbox did have several modes (including a semi-auto?) whilst for some odd reason the GP800/SRV didn't get any of that. So the GP800 might work better. BUT being computer controlled is no excuse for transmission lag - the Burger's worked fine most of the time.
