Roger I've just been speaking to Chris. He's going to come by car this year with me and some other folks. It looks as though I have a car full but if a place becomes availabe, do you want to change your mind about riding and come with us?
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Been riding for 54 years & owned too many bikes to list here...

C90s were 3 speed ... unless you had one with an aftermarket motor ie Lifan/Loncin.

Mine still is. 8-)

The C125s are great. Two lads who attend the C90club events brought theirs to the New Forest. Nicely built and sound and ride like a C90 but quicker and more refined.

They'd already taken 'em over the Alps before the New Forest event. :)
That's interesting information Capitano. The Alps! Wow!

My C90 was bog standard Honda engine. Good engine too. Went well.

I'm most likely to be at the show on the Monday, Tuesday, or maybe at a pinch the Wednesday. So we will miss each other Capitano. Never mind, plenty of other opportunities for meets on ride outs once we have both healed up properly from our surgery. I dunno, getting older, there's always someone wanting to fiddle with your bits eh!

Ian, thanks for bearing me in mind. However I will be going by scooter and I will watch this space for dates others are going.

Sitting on bikes has become something of a pastime over the last year or so.
is there a better pastime??
As Meldrew says, it's better if they actually move!

Sitting on each particular bike, cupping my hand under my tackle to see if there's a "perineum gap," and judging it Yay or (mostly) Nay is getting a bit wearing, now. 8-)

Roger.....seriously thinking of going as its only 45 mins for me 1 hour max,not been for years, the visit to the MK bike show has boosted my nterest again,Dave is interested in going and i think Roy has got tickets through his son-in-law,Wednesday would be my day of choice as my new 4 day week has that as my day off,I’ll speak to Dave tomorrow,i will order my ticket on line, makes it a little bit cheaper, you’ll get the old wrinklies rate :D i guess they will set one of the halls aside for motorcycle parking, keep an eye on our whatsapp thread, may well see you before then anyway.

I've been so prolific since Summer 2018 that I'm on first name terms with most of the sales staff in the dealers local to me. They all pretty much know about my issues and surgery, too. I'd imagine that they are all getting pretty pi$$ed off with seeing me, though.

If anyone going to the show, and there is a Kymco stand, could you ask the kind sales person if there is any chance that the CV3 will be introduced into the market. Both my MK2 Tmax and MP3 are getting a bit long in the tooth and I fancied a 550 CV3 as a replacement.
Not that I'd expect many sales in NZ...but you never know. Ta very much.

I'm still hoping Honda will produce the E4-01 Concept that the exhibited 15 years ago!

Yes Grumpy, and I understand that Starfleet are showing off their new hover scooters on the Starfleet stand. I'll be there!
