Not only does it look like a Tmax, it even sounds like a Tmax!

Its on the Sym UK as coming in March (presumably 2020, though it doesn't say). I've seen a price of £9k mentioned, though where that came from I've no idea.

I think the open rear chain will take most sales away myself.

Been better to have put a swinging arm on the 300`s they do.

I`d buy a 300 sym tomorrow if they did that.

Its a hopeless website! The MaxSym 600 is mentioned but its hard to find the page, and I can't find the TL500 page at all now! It was there this morning!

Much easier to look at all the videos of it on Youtube! Probably learn as much or more about it than peering at it through a mass of punters at NEC!

Seen it advertised for 7999 euros on a spanish page, they seem to be hosting the fleet of bikes for journos to test, seen on something this morning it was 6999euro on a greek page, either way i reckon 7/7.5k ish as technically 465cc and the ak550 is around 8.5k, totally sounds like my old mk3, hopefully it will be roomy as my mk3 crippled my hips n back.

It'd make sense at a price of around £7500 - £8000, as it would give you a clear choice between the cheaper but less powerful Sym and the faster more 'executive' big name brand Tmax, with the Kymco at £8,900 somewhere in between (though every bit as good as the Tmax in most ways). If only the importers and dealer networks were up to selling and supporting either the Sym or Kymco!
