Velosolex

I'm thinking of getting one. An old one that is tax and MOT exempt. Something I'll probably use once or twice and then, like my recently departed Puch moped, lose interest. Has anyone on here had any experience of them?

You'll be needing some riding accessories to go with that.....

You forgot a string of Garlic! Oh, and a cracking French maid. ;)

No, theres a reason. I run a City & Guilds training centre for entry level car mechanics/motor cycle mechanics and cycle mechanics - mainly school students that choose it as an option in their final years. It wont take up much room and is basic enough for them to see mechanical principals.

Plus, I've always wanted one!!!

And you could get yourself a 2CV to compliment it. Great practical little cars which don't need a diagnostic setup to fix.
AND the seats come out for picnics!

Steady on! I'll be planting trees either side of our road before you know it so that the Germans can march in the shade when they next invade! I'll be a proper Frenchie!
