OK just for the record 2012-2014 Honda Wave 110i flywheel puller (extractor) is 30 x 1.5 mm Female thread. Available from Venhill in Dorking, UK. part VT67.

Engine all back together now and sounds sweet as a nut. Thanks to my own personal mechanic Mat the Splat ;)
Gave it a little ride up and down the road today so going to re-fit the tupperware tomorrow.

Thanks for the thought Michael. Unfortunately the swinging arms are different part numbers because of the different chain guard attachment bracketry. So even though the guard on your link would fit it would not be possible to hold it in place :cry:

I think the problem started when you overtook me on the Townmate up Pebblecombe 1in6 hill.
Well done Matt for fixing it, is there still a few others he can play with.

iv got to do a timing chain on my daughters corsa 1.2 and althought i can get the timing chain kit and new water pump i am still finding it hard to get my head around be able to do it :kiss:
