great scoots, but you really need to look at any GTS closely to check for rust before making an offer, I really like them but check the underneath before bidding. I hope you find a nice one. thumb.gif

Even if underneath looks good need to take glove box out and plastic floor out and battery tray as soon as you buy .Have look wants going on on the inside .

There's a 2010 with 18 k miles 29 k kms £2250 at a dealer on eBay so £2k maybe nearer the mark I'm be lucky to get one for £1750 .Depends how much you want one and how long want to keep it .Probably get a 250 cheaper I think they are 248 whereas 300 is 279 .

Thanks for all the help guys. Just bought a wee cracker yesterday.Gloss Black Vespa GTS 300,2009, 2 owners, FSH,18000 miles, rear black rack and Vespa fly screen, silver decal pack, 2 new Michelin City Grip tyres, stainless steel exhaust, has been waxoyled underneath. In as new condition. £1500 :-)

Battery compartment did have some signs of slight rust, so cleaned it out and covered with a coat of ACF50. I'll probably lift the floor and do the same.

Well worth getting some waxole under the floor area .
Also change the troublesome clip on coolant pipe on left hand side :idea:
