Day 3 Fishtown Phil
A trip, proposed route would be along the Embankment at Plymouth, and onto the A379 through Modbury, Kingsbridge to Torcross and the war memorial Tank. From there we head along the coast road and down into Dartmouth. If anyone fancies a wander around Dartmouth, the owners of the Dartmouth Hotel have kindly offered the use of their car park, as motorcycle parking is very limited in the town. Also, the hotel is right next to the higher ferry, who have been very helpful and can accommodate upto 50 bikes in one trip, prices are set at £2 per bike one way. I've also been in contact with Brixham parish council, and they are quite willing to allow us to park on the old fish Quay next to the harbour in the heart of the town at no cost, as long as we self Marshall, and behave in a mature manner? I would suggest that Brixham would be a good point to break for something to eat and drink, as there's enough to cater for all tastes and budgets. From Brixham, we can then follow the coast road to Paignton, and then Torquay.

There's also camping available at the Plume of Feathers, and good real ales icon_beer.gif

Might come and join you up there for and take in one of the trips. Hopefully it might stir some interest amongst riders in the far south west.

Cheers Zoom. The whole weekend sounds good and the venue perfect and I think there will be a good turnout. I organised an MZ rally up there a number of years ago in the middle of February. Fortunately it was probably the mildest February weekend for years.

Can do days 2 and 3 as well as I'm only in Torbay, so Fox Tor is a very easy jaunt for me.
