In one of the pics I noticed Shrewsbury and Whitchurch on a signpost. Must be quite near me. Where is it? I would like the chance to give the Maxsym its head without waiting for blue lights in my mirrors...

Coming from yours it's just before the Raven cafe, as you come out of the village with the old barrack huts in the woods, just before the long straight turn right (where they do the skydiving).
IIRC the runway is only about a mile long, so ride it & work out your brake points before giving it the big 'un ;)

Used to be called Prees Heath when it was a racing circuit back in the 60s, one of the first circuits I spectated at before I started racing. Dogsbody
