OK Plazzo-Violetta booked as good location and write up (girlie things to do for other halves)

Air Malta taking the piss on baggage allowance so Terry is there somewhere that sells cheap crash helmets on the island.

me and the wife have light jet helmets, Im going to pack them full of t-shirts and try to pack them in the case, I'll try it out when we go to Goa in feb, as rental helmets there are a waste of time.

No sorry...anything to do with motoring here is expensive. If air Malta is being cranky with luggage coming they might be the same going back so buying a helmet here would be costly to get it back unless you are going to throw it away before you go home....They do supply helmets [its the law] with the hire scooter, don't know what they are like.

That's the plan. Never bought my caberg home from India but wish I'd bought one local they started at £6 And never wore it (except after getting fined a £1 getting caught by the police)

I'll have a chat with my mate either settle for a hire or perhaps post one in advance

To be honest, it would be better to just go with the hire ones, why go through a lot of trouble just for a few days of riding a 125 around a very small island at low speed...your on holiday sit back and relax it's not a race and it could be bloody hot in June....I'll have a look at Lidl and see if they have cheap skidlids<<<old saying

Just received a JFM open face helmet from eBay (worn once and I believe it) superlight weight lid.

Cost a full £10.50 so happy to risk posting it out via a 3rd world courier and it don't arrive no biggie.

Getting excited and it's months away
