I just came across these guys, they're supporting a local "Doc-Bike project. Pay an entry fee and become part of a local relay run.

Sounds like fun. They could put a GPS tracker in the mascot.

Rayb - they already do put a GPS in it - apparently it makes for a funky map when it is all done.
