Unfortunately, you can't get your bus pass until pension age now. I just got mine (and my state pension), and very good it is too! My wife has to wait until she is 66 before she can get her pension, and therefore her bus pass. Given she is a few years younger than me that's a shame. Agree on the extorbitant salaries. Looks like Tom Cook is guilty of the same! :(
