I can see the reasoning behind these new rules but, as 99% of the bike deaths in this area are men in their middle ages I doubt they will save many lives.

i was 17 when i passed my test by 19 i had an unrestricted bandit 600. i seemed to be able to handle it

Passed my bike/car test way back in 1977.In 1979 bought my 1st Honda cbx1000 in red.When 20 years old.
