Re: Hello there
Welcome Mike,
You are the kinda person we need a review from, a return to scooting... and the observations just raised about ya old Maj are all relevant... Enjoy
as the way the transmision works it needs to be moving a bit, give it a few more miles and maybe try a a quicker / stronger pull away if the road and conditions allow - things should be smother above say 4k revs...

Singles can be a bit vibey - specially twist n gos over say 250, at slower speeds / revs...Shad58 wrote:Hi I am totally out on a limb. purchased xmax 400 new only done 100 miles and returned to dealer unrideable due to viabration can any one help. dealer says normal as it is a single

Re: Hello there
Hi all again!
Thanks for the new welcomes!
I was going to post a pic of my 600 the other day but I couldn't do it! Seems you need a link to a file and I wasn't sure of a good place to upload the pic to!
Anyway, I'm sure you've all seen a Sym 600 before, just imagine one with a little bit of sea in the background!
Right, might post some background info next time, my scooter path to the Sym! But do I just add that to this intro thread or should that go under the chat section really?
Great forum!
PS. Really enjoying the Sym now, love getting my feet up as high and as forward as they can go on the rests, feels great!
