I done some research on this and it seems this is the new quality control person at Suzuki shock absorber department I think they got mixed up on test the ride and suspension

The Doctor was not an engineer... Instead of pulling it straight out, he should have unscrewed the spring.

Butt the metal bolt at the end would have rotated and tore more at the internal tissue.
