Use centre stand (If fitted) to take weight off back tyre.
move back every month or more to turn tyres to different spot.
The owners Manuel used to have instructions about long lay ups (Inc taking spark plug out etc)
I'd leave battery on permanent charge or take it home to keep in the warm
finally if not going to be visited for some time mouse/rat poison around as little b******s love a nice bit of air box or wiring loom.
